Instant Return (Open Box Delivery)

You are encouraged to open the parcel and check the product in front of the delivery person. If you do not like the product or find it unsatisfactory, you can return it instantly to the delivery person.

  • Condition: You must pay the applicable Delivery Charge to the delivery person.
  • Limitation: Once the delivery person leaves your premises, the product is no longer eligible for a standard return or refund.

Exchange Policy (Within 3 Working Days)

If you discover a manufacturing defect, or if you need a different size or color after receiving the product, you can request an exchange within 3 working days of delivery.

Exchange Process & Conditions:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team within 3 working days to report the issue (defect, size, or color change).

  • Verification: Our team will verify your claim.

  • Dispatch: Once verified, we will process the exchange and send the new product to you.

  • Exchange Delivery Charge: If you are exchanging for a different size or color due to personal preference, you will be required to pay the new delivery charge. However, if the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part (wrong product/size sent), Ajmaien Trend will bear the full delivery cost.
