Order Processing & Delivery Flow

  1. Order Placement: You can place an order directly on our website (ajmaientrend.com). Guest checkout is fully supported.
  2. Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, our Customer Care Representative will call you to verify your details and confirm the order.
  3. Packaging & Dispatch: After confirmation, your order is carefully packaged and handed over to our delivery partner, Pathao Courier.
  4. Delivery & Payment: The courier will deliver the parcel to your doorstep and collect the payment via Cash on Delivery (COD).

Delivery Charges

 

Our delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery address:

  • Inside Dhaka City: 70 BDT
  • Dhaka Suburbs (Adjacent Areas): 100 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka (Rest of বাংলাদেশ): 130 BDT

Note for Bulk Orders: If your parcel weighs 2 kg or more, additional delivery charges may apply. Our Customer Care team will inform you of the exact delivery cost during the order confirmation call.
